MIRO. has a comprehensive vetting process in place before engaging with manufacturing partners to ensure that their practices align with the organization’s values. This includes visiting factories, maintaining regular dialogue with makers, engaging in third-party quality control and ethical auditing, conducting Q&A sessions, and fostering collaboration through various communication channels. MIRO. strictly prohibits forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and mistreatment of workers, and upholds standards such as safe working conditions, fair wages, reasonable working hours, and environmental awareness.
