At Miro, we aim to make your shopping experience excellent. If you need to exchange or return an item, we’ve simplified the process:
1. Exchange Policy:
– You have 15 days from delivery to exchange.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
– Return shipping is on you.
– One exchange per item.
– Exchange within 15 days of receiving.
2. Return Policy:
– Return within 7 days of receiving.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
– Return shipping is on you.
– One return per item.
– Refunds via bank transfer.
– Refunds may take up to 12 working days.
3. Product Defects:
– No exchange or refund after 7 days from delivery.
4. In-store Purchases:
– Exchange within 7 days, no refunds, only credit notes.
