The shipping cost within Hyderabad is Rs 250 and across India we have a flat fee of Rs 350. For International shipping, the cost will be calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. Standard shipping (3-5 business days), Express shipping options available at checkout.
For orders billed on or above Rs 10,000 domestic and $300 international is complimentary.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone. After 24 hours, orders enter our fulfillment process and can no longer be modified or canceled. However, you may still return the order according to our return policy once received.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also view real-time order status by logging into your account on our website and selecting "Order History." No, return shipping is free for all domestic orders. We provide a prepaid return label in your order package and via email. For international returns, we cover return shipping costs for exchanges, while refund returns have a flat-rate return fee of $15, which is deducted from your refund amount.
