Miro Return & Exchange Policies

At Miro, we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. Below are our updated exchange and return policies:

Exchange Policy (Online Purchases)

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to exchange an item.
  • Exchange are only available for same product in different size
  • Items must be unused, unwashed with tags intact
  • Exchange shipping is at your cost.
  • One exchange per item
  • Exchanges will only be processed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • In case of damage, a return is only possible if you provide proof of damage at the time of opening the box.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Return shipping is at your cost.

Product Defects

  • No exchange or return will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
  • For damaged products, proof must be provided at the time of opening the box.

In-store Purchases

  • All sales are **final** for in-store purchases.
  • Exchanges are accepted **only for the same product in a different size**, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and has tags intact.
  • No returns are accepted for in-store purchases.

Refund Policy

  • Only full-price items returned within **14 days of delivery** are eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
  • Please allow up to **7 business days** for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items, including clearance items and personalized products, are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are **non-refundable**, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
